All of library with exception of program room and staff area.
30 Pikachu are loose in the library.
Find one and bring them to the front desk so we know how many are captured. Once you report to the front desk, you can take the captured Pikachu home with you.
You can only capture 1 Pikachu per person. The hunt will end when all 30 of them are found.
